QUESTIONS
Every product ships with HWID protection and encrypted injection, and status is monitored continuously. When a game or anticheat updates we pull the build offline until it’s safe again. You’ll see the change on the status page and in Discord before you load.
The loader locks itself and the status flips to Updating. Most patches are turned around the same day. Your subscription time is paused while a product is down, so you never lose days to a game update.
Delivery is instant. Your key and download link appear on the confirmation screen and in your email the moment payment clears. Redeem it in Discord to unlock your role and the loader.
We currently support Valorant, Fortnite, Escape from Tarkov and WarDogs, the games in our catalog. Full feature lists and live status are on each product page.
Because keys are delivered instantly, sales are final once a key is redeemed. If a product is down at the time of purchase and you haven’t redeemed, contact support in Discord for a swap or store credit.
Everything runs through Discord. Open a ticket and a real person picks it up, usually within ten minutes. Status alerts and update notes are posted there first, so it’s also where you check before every session.
